Which area is listed for free delivery? Within 15 miles of our place of business.



When do you ship your orders ? We accept order no later than Tuesday of every week for Saturday delivery within the same week. We ship out all orders every Wednesday, with anticipation of Saturday delivery.



 How do you place orders in advance for a later delivery date ? You may contact us directly via email tocatscookiesinc@gmail.comfor all inquires or custom invoice.



When can we expect product delivery? We currently accept orders Monday-Thursday by 4 pm for Thursday- Saturday (***times may vary depicting on location**)for delivery. We require a 48 hour notice for all preferred delivery dates. For all orders that require statewide or nationwide shipping, please submit all order request and payment by Tuesday of each week during standard business hours.



Are you open on Holidays? Please view our Google listing for operating hours during all Holiday occasions.



We are closed on the following holiday's: Christmas Eve, Christmas, Easter, Juneteenth, Labor Day, New Years, Thanksgiving.

Do you offer free shipping?Due to the weight size of our jumbo or mini cookies, at this time, free shipping is not available, however we do offer frequent discounts and promotions for all subscribed customers!



Where do you ship? Texas up until September 14, 2021/Free local delivery for all orders $25 or more. Free delivery for order over $120 up to 25-30 miles. We are relocating to Georgia soon, new business hours will be added at that time!
